1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing ahtechhouse.com or engaging AH Tech House for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
AH Tech House provides WordPress and Shopify development, video editing, paid advertising management, brand design, SEO, CRO, and other digital services as agreed upon in project proposals.
3. Project Engagement
3.1 Proposal and Acceptance
All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of the proposal terms.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, you agree to provide all required materials within the agreed timeline, give timely feedback at each milestone, and ensure you have legal rights to any content or materials provided to us.
3.3 Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery or handover.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept: bKash, Nagad, bank transfer (Bangladesh), PayPal, and Wise (international clients).
4.3 Late Payments
If final payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, we reserve the right to suspend delivery, remove deployed work from live servers, or apply a late fee of 5% per week.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables including design files and website code custom-developed by us. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses. Unless requested otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to feature your completed project in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the project.
7. Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date at our standard rate.
8. Limitation of Liability
AH Tech House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
