At AH Tech House, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable
A 50% deposit is collected before work begins on any project. This deposit covers initial planning, resource allocation, research, and the commencement of work. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances once work has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility — Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance may be subject to a refund only under the following specific conditions:
- We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline (and no revision to timeline was agreed)
- Delivered work is fundamentally not as described in the project proposal
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- We cancel the project without cause on our end
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after work commenced
- You are dissatisfied with the work but have not allowed us to address concerns through the revision process
- Delays caused by your failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals on time
- You used or deployed any deliverable we provided
- The project is completed and handed over
- Dissatisfaction due to personal taste when the work matches the agreed brief
- Services already rendered (consulting sessions, strategy calls, ad management time)
4. Revision Process Before Requesting a Refund
Before requesting a refund for quality concerns, you must raise your specific concerns in writing, allow us a fair opportunity to revise the work within the agreed revision limit, and clearly describe what does not match the original project brief.
5. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly retainers (Ads, SEO, Maintenance): current month fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel with 7 days' notice to stop future billing.

Include: your full name, project name, invoice number, reason for the refund request, and supporting evidence. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction within 3–10 business days depending on the payment method.
